Face the Party Starter Button away from you with the open tab facing towards your mouth.  Pull the tab and lift the open tab towards your lips.  Then, swiftly push the button through the can.  This allows the cold beer to rush out, allowing you to drink the beer as fast as you can through the open tab.  

This is a reverse shotgun experience.  Your cold beer is meant to be consumed through the open tab, not sipped on through the Party Starter Button.
