The Universal Cuffs by Scandal are detachable and are up to 14 inches in circumference. The cuffs are padded with cushioning and lined with soft faux suede on one side and red and black designer fabric on its outer side. These cuffs don’t bite into your skin. The wrists are comfortable in the restraints as the user moves and writhes under the hands of their lover. The cuffs are held together with a universal clasp and Velcro fasteners. The Velcro makes the cuffs easy to apply and remove by the person in control. They hold strong enough that the bound user can’t easily get out of them. These restraints look and feel luxurious.
