This Wellness Kegel Training Kit comes with 6 Kegel weights and 2 silicone loops. The weights from light to dark are 0.6 ounces, 1.3 ounces, and 1.8 ounces. The Larger 2 ball loop has an insertable length of 3.25 inches. The single ball loop is 1.25 inches wide and insertable length. The tail hangs out with 3 inches of length for easy retrieval.

Work your way up from 1 Kegel ball to 2 and gradually increase the size of your Kegel weights. The more you exercise with Kegel balls the stronger your pelvic muscle becomes.
